  December 25, 2022 - Slow ox for one hour. Big nose of blackberries, violets and mocha comes through. The wine is full bodied, a little jammy and oakey, still youthful but packed pull of flavor and depth. This still has a way to go. Unclear though that it will really develop much complexity along the way.
