  December 25, 2022 - From a magnum, double decanted and ready within 30min. Smooth and silky, very well represents both varieties. Wild and spicy with a little bit roughness in the flavour profile not texture-wise. If someone asks me, what Bulgarian wine is like, I would go with this one.
