  December 25, 2022 - This was a nice bottle of hermitage we drank over two days. 1st evening with Hare @nuance , second on its own on the couch. Not the most concentrated or exquisite bottle of Chave, but that being said a bottle of Chave always is a treat. Good balance , no hard edges, shows it’s pedigree despite the vintage. One bottle left. No reason to wait with opening these, it will not get better. Drink now !!!! And over the next couple of years if you have more than one left
