  December 26, 2022 - Fabulous green gold colour.
  
  Nose is reminiscent of Bordeaux blanc, but less expressive, no lanolin of aged Semillon (yet).
  
  Drinks well, complex, yet remarkably youthful. Lighter than Bordeaux, perhaps like wines of yesteryears (but cleaner).
  
  Breathe it, try different temperatures. It’s interesting.
