  December 24, 2022 - Served with baked apples after Christmas Eve dinner. Rich caramel color. Very good, of course, but for my taste, there wasn't enough acid to balance the sugar.
  I agree with the comments that this is at a mid-life stage. I didn't feel like we were drinking the bottle too soon, but I could also see holding it several more years.
