sustainably grown without weed-killer or insecticides.
Vinified and 100% raised in 50+ dedicated sandstone amphoras.
Zero stainless steel. Minimal interference and sulphites.
Aged for at least 3 yrs on lees.

A(ccuray)=2: Bright rose/peach. Fine mousse and perlage.
B(alance)=3: Fresh components in harmony.
C(omplexity)=2: Berries, red fruits, spices, saline minerality.
D(epth)=1: Vibrant mouthfeel. Good length and finish.
