  November 28, 2022 - Internet says this is Verdejo, but a stamp on the label says it's Vermentino. Wine is dark yellow and very cloudy. Nose shows big notes of lemon marmalade, coriander seed, Earl Grey, and candy apple. Palate shows more muted flavours of kombucha and orange pulp. Very light-bodied, but has a touch of pulpy texture and sour acidity. Not my cup of tea, but the winemakers have clearly tried to do something different, and they've succeeded at that.
