  December 30, 2022 - Bright ruby red, strawberry and balsam nose, medium-bodied, and spice-box notes on the palate. A tad sharp on the finish, though not unpleasantly so, and then the sharpness melts into a lingering cinnamon and slightly puckery aftertaste. We have 5 more bottles and will look forward to trying this again a year or so from now.
