  January 4, 2023 - Has filled out since last drunk two years ago. More depth, sone spice, sone dried fruit. I was wrong about tertiary development - better than expected. Pale ruby. Medium intensity nose of lifted red fruit - cherry and plum and redcurrant, violet, hint of tea leaf spice and aniseed. Developing. Dry, medium acidity, med- tannins, med body and alcohol. Med+ finish.
