  January 4, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours, do not PnP. compared to other vintages, very little sediment. Aromas of black fruit, cassis, anise, leather, earth, a little more herbal than other vintages. Very old school cabernet with black fruit, cassis, leather, earth, spice and green pepper flavors. medium body with moderate tannins. Just starting to enter its drinking window. Good now, but should easily go 10-20 years or more and only improve. I rarely drink them under 10 years old and this fits the pattern.
