  January 6, 2023 - The cork is very nice, almost pristine.
  Lite strawberry and rosemary on the nose.
  More of the same in the mouth with moderate acidity and light flavors.
  The complexity is minimal.
  The tannins are still there and felt at the tip of the tungue.
  Drink or Hold.
