  January 11, 2023 - Lovely red fruit, wood on the nose. Opaque crimson. Robust legs. Firm tannins melt away into dusty lusciousness after just a couple of hours. No decant, just left the bottle open. Cherry, spicy, earthy, meaty, chewy, beguiling aromatics. Corking the remaining half and looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow :)
