  January 13, 2023 - Tasted after a one hour decant.
  Medium to dark ruby in colour with lovely aromas of sweet black fruit, cedar & a hint of cured meat.
  On the palate, medium bodied tart & slightly savoury, black fruit, boysenberry/blackberry, cedar, hint chocolate, medium acidity, medium soft tannins with a long finish to tart black berries & spice/pepper.
  Definitely resembles a cool climate Syrah more than an Aussie Shiraz, very enjoyable!
