January 15, 2023 - Unbelievable for a NV Champagne. I was really impressed with Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose before... So I had to get a few bottles. Decadent and irresistible. Salmon pink hue. Ultra crisp and full of red fruit flavor, tangy and stony finish. This or Laurent Perrier Cuvee Brut Rose is the king of NV Rose Champagne in my opinion as of now.

1/17/23, 8:56 PM - Absolutely! It is a really hard question! NV Clicquot Brut Rose is fantastic as well... But it's either Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose (100% Pinot Noir) - - Or Billecart-Salmon's more nuanced approach. Both are stunning, and blindly, i would probably rate these better than many Vintage Rose varieties!
