  January 15, 2023 - Lots here of what I like about Beaujolais but just a little toned down and less captivating. Fruit a little subdued with the high acid as always. Paired with poulet au pot. Decent pairing but perhaps the wine showed off the food more than food the wine. All and all enjoyable. Should note that the tannins really grew with time. My last post dinner glass was nice and grippy, a first with cru bojo's for me.
