  January 18, 2023 - From Coravin.
  Surprisingly youthful in colour and flavour.
  Probably needs about an hour to open up (a little less in our case since I used an aerator too when pouring to the glasses).
  I think this would easily last another 3-5 years if stored properly.
  My bottle was in professional storage until 3 years ago and in the flat the last 3 years (room temp - coolest spot/storage are). Thankfully, the cork was in good shape.
