  January 20, 2023 - Very pale straw with a mineral, flinty, lemon nose with a pronounced struck match. The palate has bright acidity with sharp lemon flavours which sets the mouth watering as soon as it’s swallowed. Despite the brightness of this wine there’s also a good, medium body to it which seems to have a lees note.
