Tasting: gentle attack, acid then keeps evolving and evolving into a wonderful climax of fruit and acid, which never goes too far. Blackberries, pepper, strawberry, lingonberry in finish. Aftertaste: spicy tannins transcends into aftertaste of licorice and anise, vanilla. Long and delicious.
