January 22, 2023 - A magnificent wine! Nose of lychee, honeycomb, almond past, apple cider. Beautiful rich mouth feel and finish. Balanced acidity. Very enjoyable. Would be amazing with an apple cake, shellfish, bouillabaisse; perhaps I'm hungry now? Haha!
