  January 14, 2023 - Not as impressed as I was with the 2014 but still a very good Grasparossa. Textbook Grasparossa-nose with a distinct animal/meaty note. Rich and substantial mouthfeel with grippy tannins and a medium acidity. Worked great with our piadine with mortadella and aceto balsamico but could've used a bit higher acidity to really shine on its own.
