  January 28, 2023 - Mostly Grenache with some Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
  Aged in concrete and 10% in oak large barrels.
  Young color. Sweet nose but on the fresh side. Ripe red fruits. Very Grenache. Some pepper notes. Alcohol well integrated, you don't feel the 15%. Very nice and fresh for a Rasteau.
