  January 29, 2023 - Medium ruby with tawny rim. Dark fruits, brine, rocks funk on the nose. Blue and black berries, light pepper, olive brine, smoked meat, rocks minerals. Bright acid with medium tannins. Long finish with lush mouthfeel. Pop n pour with aerator.
