  February 1, 2023 - OK I don’t think anyone intended for people to be drinking this 23 years after vintage.
  
  A lesser label from Mildara though I believe it was quite a hit in its day. Bought at auction. First bottle had very slight ullage and a bit of oxidation This is better.
  
  Weirdly Amercan oaked, unusual (I think) for Coonawarra cabernet. At least for today. Still Rioja lasts decades with Am Oak.
  
  It’s very fruity acidic for an old wine. I guess I wouldn’t have liked this much in its youth.
  
  13.5% Cork.
