February 9, 2023 - Citrus, lemon oil, Asian pear, jasmine, toasted almond, butter and minerality. Delicate and well balanced, like a youthful mini-Chevalier Montrachet. Good finesse and medium finish. Need at least an hour to open up.

2/13/23, 6:18 AM - Great note, I am honored you found so much to enjoy in this quite rare, old vine bottling (~350 bottles). Definitely agree this needs a bit of time to open, I recommend decanting.
