  February 11, 2023 - Served maybe a fee degrees too chilled (8-9 degrees). Very high in acidity and non-revealing and tight on the nose and pallet. Opened up after some air and also with some degrees higher temperature. Good champagne, but not too impressive - at least not this bottle.
