February 13, 2023 - Drank a lot differently than the bottle I had 7 months ago. This bottle was fresher and more primary with black cherry, kirsch, blood orange, smoked meat, and garrigue on the nose. Full bodied with balanced acidity and tannins that were fully integrated. Cherry, kirsch, and white pepper on the palate.
