  February 17, 2023 - Having had this vintage for the first time in a Thai restaurant, Anajak, with an excellent meal, i had to get some for the house. I was not disappointed as the layers emerged fast and furious. First citrus, lime lemon and then the funky cheesy flavours, like a ripe Taleggio, then saline and minerally loveliness. Juicy, bright, medium+ acidity, very gourmand with beeswax and tallow candle. yep its one of my faves so far this year!
