  February 18, 2023 - Popped and poured. Showing well and typical for Cote-a-Cote. Maybe a little disappointed on the first night - I'd score it 93. Left 1/4 of the bottle in the fridge and then enjoyed 2 days later. Wine blossomed into a seamless delicious whole. I'd rate it 96 on day 2. Unfortunately I have no more bottles otherwise I'd hold it or give it a 24 hour decant. Very good wine.
