  February 20, 2023 - 100% Nebbiolo. Pale ruby color, fine and intense aromas of cherries, spices, rose petals. On the palate, full bodied, intense ripe cherries, very good balance, long finish. I decanted 3 hrs. Good to drink now but personally I would still keep this al leas 2 years in cellar to gain maturity and complexity. No doubt it will be better.
