  February 12, 2023 - Delicious.
  A California Cab made in classic Bordeaux style - mid and dark red fruited, scent of graphite and pencil shavings, very flavorful but not extracted, light on the tongue. As it warmed in the glass, it grew in power, but never became over powering.
