  January 27, 2023 - It takes a bit of coaxing to bring out the bouquet garni, thyme, smoke and black cherry nuances on the nose. Vibrant, fresh and chewy with an herbal-tinted, core of red berries, pepper and garrigue, the wine is made using 60% Grenache with Mourvedre, Syrah and various other, assorted grape varieties. Drink from 2023-2033.
