  March 3, 2023 - Excellent tonight, paired with a parsnip veloute with thyme oil and roasted duckling. This wine is probably at or near peak. Probably another 5 or so years of pleasure to give before it starts to decline.
  
  Nose is lovely, typical of the Laurence wines, and very concentrated. Does not drink hot at all - I had that recollection from a bottle. Anyhow, consistent with past notes, this remains and excellent CdP. Layers and scents and flavors make this a very enjoyable pour.
