  March 5, 2023 - A big, deep nose of graphite, leather, black cherry, roses, and black tea waft from the glass initially, with notes of soy, spice, and red licorice emerging with time. The graphite ended up being particularly prominent. In the mouth it needed a good 2-3 hours to gain weight and depth (although it was expressive and open the entire time), at which point a blend of black and red fruits cascaded over the palate within a soft and lush package, followed by a long, savory finish.
