  March 10, 2023 - More mature than the first bottle I consumed some years ago. Dark crimson with some purple tinting. A complex nose with some herbs, some leather, and dried flowers or potpourri. Flavors of dark red fruit such as raspberry. Drying tannins on the back end. Pleasant. Some sediment as I neared the end of the bottle. Medium body.
