  March 10, 2023 - The wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium body and medium+ flavor intensity with flavors of spice, lime, gooseberry, asparagus and pastry. This is an outstanding wine. The fruit concentration is balanced by medium+ acidity. The wine is rich and refreshing at the same time. Complexity comes from a variety of primary and secondary fruit aromas and flavors. Medium+ intensity with a medium+ finish. Flavors that linger are complex with pastry, gooseberry and aspargus.
