  March 18, 2023 - Dark and brooding at first sip. Blue- and blackberry flavors, licorice, raisin, orange peel. Dusty tannins, earth and the lovely, smooth kick of zest and pepper. Rustic and excellent. Decanted 1 hour. Could use more time.
  Enjoyed at home, paired with stuffed bbq chicken.
