March 14, 2023 - Wine Workshop: Focus on Clos Rougeard (Cafe Evergreen): More in the light style that I had expected of 2011s and which we didn’t see in the white but definitely seems to come through more here. Herbal and some fruit. Drinking well with a long life ahead. Lovely wine.
