  March 2, 2023 - The one with Sexy Tapas (Kolabo): Bottle breathed for 3 hours. Opened with dark rose, strawberries, meat spice and truffles with earth, cinnamon and cocoa on the palate. While lacking in GC heft, there was good weight and roundness on the palate - would definitely do well with a few more years to round off that edge a bit. Tannins still persistent with high acidity.
