May 8, 2009 - Popped, poured and drank over 2 hours. By far at it's best on the last sip. Deep purple. Incredible nose of cherry, chocolate, and hints of spicy dark fruits. A very lush feel and long lingering finish. Best of 3 bottles and most likely just entering it's peak drinking window.
