  March 27, 2023 - Bottle and cork in good condition. Medium golden colour. Dried yellow fruit, physalis, lime peel, beeswax, wet wool, Macadamia nuts, a light spice component, and stony and salty minerality, with good acidity, an oily texture, and good length. Lightly oxidative. Orange- and lime-zest like bitterness on the finish. Drink now.
