  May 9, 2009 - Pale, clear, light yellow with hints of green. Very fresh and floral nose also including, honey, lemon oil and a slight hint of oak. Dry, creamy, juicy and medium+ body in the mouth, with the floral flavors continuing. Medium acidity, with a slightly sour finish. Not much bitterness. This balanced wine has a very nice weight and the slight oak flavor is perfectly integrated. The creamy mouthfeel reminds me of a not too oaky chardonnay. Best part is the mouth watering acidity at the end which persists in the medium length finish. We sell this wine and I will continue to carry it at least for the summer season.
