  April 2, 2023 - Thought I would give this a shot...never had bubbles from Argentina and price was decent (450 pesos at City Market). Acetone quality on nose. Appearance copper (pinot dominance). Palate had some cider-like qualities. Lacked effervescence. Drank before and with grilled salmon and greek salad. Better served with food than as an apertif. Not a re-buy for me. Better Cava options at this price point in my opinion.
