  April 4, 2023 - Pretty boring to be honest - Apple juice, beer-like yeast, some dissolved co2. No drive, no concentration, no freshness, no minerality, not particularly pure. 2 bottles like this over 2 years.
  
  Would not be mad if this was cheap (like cheap cheap, supermarket kabinett mosel cheap) but it was not.
  Bad QPR.
  
  As a natural wine and conventional wine fan, this is lame.
