April 8, 2023 - Took a bit to open up — was all pepper and tannins at first — but after that had big dark fruits and a great anise backbone that was fun and added interest. Loved it

4/8/23, 12:30 PM - How long did it take to open? Did you decant or slow ox or both?

4/8/23, 1:53 PM - Was a half bottle at a restaurant; decanted maybe 90 minutes? I only tasted after the 90 min decant and then swirled aggressively in the glass and drank over the course of 20 min.

4/8/23, 7:46 PM - Thanks. I have full bottles and have been patiently waiting to open one. The wine is a late bloomer and has been closed. Half bottles are more open than full bottles, so it seems like there is movement, but I think I will continue to wait.
