  April 9, 2023 - Easter dinner! Decanted 4 hours and out popped this beautiful nose of berries, mocha, and mint. The pour did not disappoint either with those notes plus black cherry, currants and a slight hint of smoke. Should be a drinker for the next 5-10 years.
