April 12, 2023 - Damn #cheninblanc is good. Mix of cheese curds, warm butter and lemon zest up front with notes of plastic beach ball and honeycomb. So good. Lively palate with a long savory finish. Delicious. Drinking well now and should continue to cellar nicely a few more years
