  April 16, 2023 - Beautiful medium gold appearence that reflects the age and time on the lees (7 years on the lees per the back label).
  
  Pronounced aromas of baked apple, poached pear and some honey and brioche. Although pronounced the the nose still appears to be evolving and has maintained its freshness.
  
  Medium bodied with excellent flavor concentration. This wine really shines on the plate! the finish is long and mouth watering.
  
  this should easily last another decade if stored properly.
