  April 18, 2023 - Gone. We recently acquired a moderate sized wine collection at an auction supporting a local non-profit. While I trust that the collection had been cellared well (the purchase included the wine storage unit), these 5 bottles are well past their prime. The wine has little left in any form of character or taste. Virtually no perceptible acid so it won't be much to cook with either. Bid the 642 bottles left in CT cellars au devoir.
