  April 19, 2023 - This .375mL bottle was purchased in 2019, presumably a recent release at the time, so held for about 4 years. It is at a lovely peak, having really come into its own. There is still that macerated strawberry quality, but there is a little more dried/dehydrated effect. Hints of autolysis, sharp acidity - I think this particular bottle is as good as it’s going to get.
