April 28, 2023 - Splash decanted a swirled vigorously. Still took 20 minutes to open up. Nearly opaque ruby-black. Medium-bodied for a Cab. Tart cherries with plenty of spice. Hints of strawberries and cranberries. Some licorice. Long, full finish. A good — and interesting — wine.
